PRODUCT RETURNS

It’s our goal that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase.  We love the opportunity to help people sleep and look they're best, yet understand that sometimes a return is necessary.  If you received a defective product, please notify us as soon as possible for a replacement.

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return (minus shipping charges if applicable) and will receive 100% value in store credit, redeemable for any product we have for sale.  We do not charge restocking fees or shipping on the exchange, so you will receive 100% value of original price paid.

You may request to return/exchange of any authentic product purchased on our site (bonamoursleep.com), through authorized retail stores, or authorized online retail partners in accordance with the terms below.  

We’ve made it simple for you to initiate requests for returns.

If purchased directly from BONAMOURSLEEP.com: You may self-service your return request if you purchased your product directly from BONAMOURSLEEP.com by emailing support@bonamoursleep.com  We will send you return instructions by email with 24 hours of your request.  Returns are eligible for store credit or a product exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your exchange.

5 Year Warranty

  • We offer a five (5) year warranty on all of our products sold.  We will replace any defective product for up to five (5) years from purchase with no fees or shipping expense.  If you feel your product is defective, please contact support at support@bonamoursleep.com and they will help you with a replacement.

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a return:

  • A return must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date.  The company does not honor returns for requests made outside of 30 days of purchase date.  At the company's discretion, a return may be accepted after 30 days but only with prior authorization.
  • You must return the product to BONAMOUR SLEEP COMPANY LLC (“BONAMOUR”) to receive credit. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • You must follow the return instructions sent to you by email to qualify.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  • If you seek to return a product to BONAMOUR without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, BONAMOUR may, in its discretion, refuse to accept the return. 
  • BONAMOUR shall not accept a return until the returned product has been delivered to the return address provided by BONAMOUR and tracking number used for shipment (to verify delivery of returned product).

Reason for Exchange Policy:

  • We limit our returns to store-credit and/or exchanges only because our products are personal care products and can not be used again by another customer (can not be resold).  Therefore we never offer trial programs on our products to not mislead customers prior to purchase.
  • Second, our Soundscape Library is made available for download to every customer, giving them full access to download and keep every track.  Our Soundscape Library has considerable R&D invested into the development and deployment of this product and feature and therefore we do not offer refunds since the customer has received the product permanently from us.

Exchange Process

  • Although our return policy may seem limited, our exchange accommodations are extremely giving and flexible.  We allow any customer to exchange for an equally priced product at no charge (no restocking or shipping fees) and we allow customers to "upgrade" to a more expensive product by ONLY paying the difference in price.  We give full-credit for the original purchase on exchange/upgrade and even send you the new product first with a pre-paid return envelope for the product you are exchanging/returning.  

If purchased from authorized retail stores, or authorized online retail partners: If you purchased your BONAMOUR product(s) from an authorized seller; and an exchange or replacement or  refund is desired, you will need to visit the original point of sale and adhere to their policies.

Returns are processed within 3-5 days of your items being returned to us.  Return drop-offs are NOT accepted at our warehouse.

Returned to sender & refused packages: Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages are not proper returns and will not be automatically granted the value of the return, please follow the return policy above to receive credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to how quickly we process orders, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve completed your purchase.  This includes but isn’t exclusive to changes like the following:

  • Changing the item
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method

*BONAMOUR ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MIS-SHIPPED ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES BEING ENTERED BY PURCHASER.  WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES BEING ENTERED BY THE PURCHASER.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns: Once a return is approved, it is necessary that you ship your return items back to us within 7 calendar days. If your items aren’t shipped within said timeframe, BONAMOUR may at its discretion deny the return request.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via email at support@bonamoursleep.com within 7 business days from delivery date. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

BONAMOUR is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center.  Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. 

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Electronic Devices - 5 year limited Warranty: BONAMOUR warrants electronic devices for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the primary function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. If you discover a defect and notify BONAMOUR during the warranty period, BONAMOUR will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge.

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period.  To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. The barcode located on the box guarantees the authenticity of the device. To make a warranty claim, you will need to email support@bonamoursleep.com for assistance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
